Collaboration and Leadership Reflection
Controlling transformation is essential to making a better healthcare environment. Being a nurse, I’ve observed how the right management practices can improve collaboration as well as improve results for patients. In this way, I’m able to observe the interprofessional working relationship and consider efficient and unproductive methods to control it.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration Experience
When we worked out as a group, I was also involved in an interprofessional team. The use of proof-based methods must be supported by multi-disciplinary teamwork.
