This report must include a comprehensive diversity training workshop plan, along with a critical evaluation and evidence-based recommendations addressing the identified diversity issue.

Please ensure that the diversity issue, theory, organisation, and consultancy focus align with those presented in your group presentation (Assessment 2). Your individual report should reflect your personal approach to the workshop plan, evaluation, and recommendations, demonstrating independent analysis and critical engagement with the topic.
