If a writer has already been assigned to your paper, you can claim a refund of 70% of the payment. This can be verified by checking the order’s status. The same refund percentage applies if the time elapsed between order placement and the deadline is less than half.

For more than half of the time between order placement and the deadline, you can receive a refund of up to 50%.

If circumstances beyond your control lead to the cancellation of your order after delivery and you haven’t downloaded the paper, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 30%.

Please note that if your paper has been completed and delivered on time, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you can request a refund based on quality concerns using the “Refund” button on your order page.

Double Payment Issue

Accidental Placement of Identical Orders

If you accidentally place two identical orders, make sure to cancel the unnecessary order before a writer is assigned. Failure to do so will result in the order being treated as regular. In such cases, standard procedures for order cancellation and refund will apply, meaning a 100% refund won’t be possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible to cancel an accidentally placed order.

Late Delivery of Paper

If your paper is delivered past the deadline, and this is the reason for your refund request, contact our support team immediately. Submit a note on your order page as soon as you notice the missed deadline and non-receipt of the paper.

In cases where the first version of your paper is delivered after the original deadline, you can request a recalculation of the order’s price based on the actual delivery time. For example, if an 8-hour delivery paper is completed one hour late, it will be categorized as a 24-hour delivery and will cost less. The price difference will be refunded to you.

For a 14-day deadline order, if the first version is late and you don’t approve it, you are entitled to a full refund. In such cases, the paper may be published on online platforms for commercial use, with the content linking back to our website when searched or checked using plagiarism-detection software.

Please note that if the delay is caused by your late uploading of additional materials, you cannot request a refund based on lateness. The deadline will be reset from the moment you provide new instructions, materials, or clarifications necessary for the proper completion of your order.

Our dispute resolution department will carefully review your feedback and may refund up to 40% of your payment.

Please note that if you fail to provide the required information for dispute resolution within 14 days, your request will be canceled, and no refund will be possible.

What if I have already approved the final version of my order?

If you have already approved the final version of your order, and you require assistance, please contact our support team through live chat, phone, or your order page. They will assist you by making the “Refund” button reappear on your order page.

Please note that for orders with progressive delivery, only the most recent or final part that has been delivered can be disputed. Our standard money-back policies apply in such cases.

Progressive delivery orders:

For orders with the progressive delivery feature enabled, the deadline for requesting a revision is limited to 21 days after the initial approval. Once you click the “Approve Part” button and we start working on the next section of your order, you cannot request a refund for the previously approved part. Additionally, the 10% progressive delivery fee itself is non-refundable.

Samples service

The $5 deposit for our samples service is non-refundable. Therefore, it is important to review the samples written by your assigned expert in a timely manner. If you do not request a different writer within the given timeframe, we consider it as your acceptance of the initially assigned writer for your order.

Writer’s preferences

If you pay an additional fee for an advanced writer, one of our Top 10 specialists, or a native speaker, but we are unable to find a suitable writer from these categories for your order, we will assign the best available expert. In such cases, the extra fee you paid will be refunded to you.

Copies of sources used

Once the copies of the sources are delivered with your paper, the additional fee you paid for this service becomes non-refundable. However, if for any reason the copies are not provided upon delivery, we will refund this payment to you.

Smart paper

The fee for our Smart paper service will be fully refunded if the service is not provided. In cases where quality-based issues arise, a partial refund may be granted.

If you request another writer to revise your completed paper and we are unable to find a suitable expert, our dispute resolution specialist will review your claim.
