Most patients with terminal illnesses remain full of codes, though. Beneficence is one of the four ethical concepts used to examine ethical dilemmas. The concept of beneficence is part of the heart of healthcare. Not harming sufferers is the goal of all healthcare professionals (Levitt zero 5). But it is essential that, because we are health experts who are educated in such professions, we enlighten sufferers and families about all the benefits and risks of methods or compensation. As a nurse, I educate patients in terms of all options available and patients’ rights as patients by explaining benefits and constraints to patients and families.

With the ability to influence others, I am able to collaborate and build associations at work to assist in goal achievement. I am also capable of assisting in renovation management through the use of providing entry and tackling new subject matter to expand our healthcare tool. This model enables me to tackle moral issues with the foregoing-of-existence decisions for victims. Using the LEADS model, I can successfully resolve moral dilemmas I encounter every day in nursing.

Conclusion

Though of value, a compilation on a project, the leader will need to have knowledge of management styles, decision-making processes, and effective communication. This engages and unites the institution’s people to the purpose and desire of the company. A pacesetter will need to be able to motivate individuals and ensure ethical actions are taken. Doing what is right by following a given code of ethics for the nursing field sets an example for the company regarding the value of right moral decision-making.
