Educators have a responsibility of providing students with a safe space in the classroom/clinical environment by providing the proper resources for learning, accommodating requests, listening to students and by encouraging students to ask questions without judgment. Rusticus et al. (2023) states that high-quality learning settings are typically linked to successful outcomes for students across all grade levels. High-quality learning environments are correlated with increased satisfaction and motivation. Therefore, nurse educators must create a secure and encouraging learning atmosphere that gives students motivation, drive, and guidance for their own development and success (Rusticus et al., 2023).

According to Grand Canyon University (2023), students are encouraged to adopt a distinctive Christian worldview in order to discover their purpose and form their own opinions. This means that they incorporate faith not just into their curriculum but also into the things they do to improve the community. I would personally integrate GCU’s mission and Christian worldview by ensuing trust to our students as student-educator relationships are central to the teaching and learning process.
